Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 8:36 a.m.

S.F. 1731: Senator Dahms: County offices appointment authorization under certain conditions.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1731, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 47: Senator Osmek: Metropolitan council gubernatorial appointees local approval requirement.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 47, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
