Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM

S.F. 1622: Senator Senjem: Minneapolis Stone Arch Bridge jurisdiction transfer to city from department of transportation (DOT).



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1622, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1511: Senator Jasinski: School bus body color requirement standards modification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1511, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1148: Senator Osmek: Light rail transit and streetcars definition establishment; future light rail lines state funds use for operating expenses prohibition; operating costs for purposes of state share of light rail operating costs definition establishment; state fund use for capital costs of light rail prohibition.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1148, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
