Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:25pm.

S.F. 1033: Senator Relph: Storm water rule application to townships exemption.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1505: Senator Mathews: Ivory and rhinoceros horn trade prohibition.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 1505, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1063: Senator Johnson: Clean Water Legacy Act modification; coordinated watershed management establishment.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
