Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:33 AM

S.F. 1004: Senator Ingebrigtsen: License reinstatement diversion pilot program permanency authorization.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1004, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1215: Senator Lang: Restricted farm work license requirements modifications.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1215, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 912: Senator Newman: MnPASS lanes provisions modification; low-occupancy motor vehicles fee payment for use of MnPASS lanes; rulemaking exemption repeal; request for information requirement.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 912, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 911: Senator Newman: Trunk highway funds use for bicycle lanes use prohibition.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 911, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
