Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 8:32

S.F. 1030: Senator Kiffmeyer: Day care facilities licensing statutes recodification requirement.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 1030, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1097: Senator Mathews: Family child care homes and group family child care minimum water temperature requirements clarification.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 1097, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.

S.F. 882: Senator Koran: Human services child care background studies and training exemption authorization.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 882, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1034: Senator Relph: Child care substitute length of time to provide care modification.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 1034, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1035: Senator Relph: Child care licensing and background study record requirements streamline authorization.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 1035, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

     Report.
