Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

S.F. 156: Senator Ruud: Government units definition inclusion of service cooperatives for joint exercise of powers purposes.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 156, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 1202: Senator Simonson: Crime of unauthorized use of the name and mark of portorama elimination.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 1202, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 754: Senator Tomassoni: St. Louis county civil service commission provisions modifications.



Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 754, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1036: Senator Relph: Town officer terms and town audit requirements modification.
