Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:05.

S.F. 449: Senator Clausen: Conservation officer authority expansion under the DWI law authorization.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 449, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the DWI Omnibus bill.

S.F. 249: Senator Rest: Ignition interlock device program rules measurement of month interpretation.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 249, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the DWI Omnibus bill.

S.F. 753: Senator Johnson: Recreational vehicle DWI laws further conformance to general DWI laws.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 753, be laid over to consider for inclusion in the DWI Omnibus bill.

S.F. 228: Senator Latz: DWI offenders examination requirement as a condition of driver license reinstatement exemption.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 228, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
