S.F. 454: Senator Eken: Group residential housing service provider background study requirements modifications.



Senator Isaacson moved that S.F. 454, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 342: Senator Champion: Legal parent petition for reestablishment of the legal parent and child relationship authorization; individuals subject to human services background studies with expunged criminal records disqualification prohibition.



Senator Hayden moved that S.F. 342, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 446, as amended, be laid over.
