Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30am

S.F. 611: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Anoka county waste disposal engineering closed landfill site appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 611, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 561: Senator Tomassoni: Canisteo and St. James mine pits chain rising waters mitigation and water protection appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 561, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 478: Senator Bakk: Duluth North Shore sanitary district debt relief appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 478, as discussed and may become part of the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
