Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 11:49 a.m.

S.F. 3510: Senator Osmek: J.R. 2.03 - Late Bill: Pipeline construction and routing authorization.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 3510, adopt the previous committee report from the Committee on Energy and Utilities and that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2893: Senator Westrom: Senate Rule 21 Objection: Advanced biofuel production incentive payments minimum production level reduction.



Senator Dahms moved that S.F. 2893, that the previous committee report from the Committee on Agriculture, Rural Development and Housing Finance be adopted.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3837: Senator Newman: J.R. 2.03 - Late Bill: Constitutional amendment allocating state general sales tax revenue related to motor vehicle repair and replacement parts exclusively to fund roads.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3837, the previous committee report from the Committee on Transportation be amended, and when amended, be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes; and recommends that J.R. 2.03 be suspended for all further proceedings.. - MOTION ADOPTED.
