Senator Jeremy R. Miller called the meeting to order at 1:05 pm.

S.F. 3945: Senator Miller: Supplemental jobs budget appropriations; occupational and safety and health federal conformity modifications; commerce department utility grid assessment extension; manufactured homes relocation provisions modifications; wage theft provisions adoption and criminal and civil penalties establishment.



Senator Miller moved that S.F. 3945, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
