Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:10pm

S.F. 776: Senator Housley: Voice response suicide prevention and mental health crisis response program, statewide text message suicide prevention, and mental health crisis response program appropriations.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 776, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3228: Senator Fischbach: Relative foster care licensing and child protection pilot projects establishment (No official action will be taken on this bill. All or parts of the bill may be included in the HSR omnibus bill).

S.F. 3481: Senator Abeler: American Indian advisory council expiration date extension; American Indian guardians ad litem outreach campaign recruiting requirement (No official action will be taken on this bill. All or parts of the bill may be included in the HSR omnibus bill).



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3481, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2483: Senator Utke: Adult foster care and community residential setting license capacity, home and community-based services plan review and evaluation and intervention services, community support and coordinated service and support plans, and housing support modifications; Hennepin county BI and CADI waiver customized living (No official action will be taken on this bill. All or parts of the bill may be included in the HSR omnibus bill).



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2483, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2902: Senator Relph: Child foster care training requirements and child protection grant allocation formula modifications; MAPCY revision; foster care sibling bill of rights establishment; African American child welfare work group formation (No official action will be taken on this bill. All or parts of the bill may be included in the HSR omnibus bill).

S.F. 3148: Senator Relph: Runaway and homeless youth 2017 legislative report update requirement.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 3148, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2889: Senator Utke: Disability waiver rate system modification under medical assistance (MA).



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2889, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3916: Senator Abeler: Electronic visit verification provision modifications (No official action will be taken on this bill. All or parts of the bill may be included in the HSR omnibus bill).



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3916, as discussed, amended and may become part of the omnibus bill.
