Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:13 p.m.

S.F. 3451: Senator Housley: Vulnerable adults maltreatment quarterly report requirement.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3451, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2765: Senator Wiklund: Telemedicine services provided by community health workers authorization; medical assistance (MA) limit on telemedicine encounters exceptions.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 2765, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3386: Senator Klein: Opioid overdose reduction pilot program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Klein moved that S.F. 3386, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3375: Senator Gazelka: Opioid prevention pilot project and e-learning guided practice model appropriation.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 3375, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
