Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m.

S.F. 3006: Senator Nelson: Statewide tobacco cessation services authorization; tobacco cessation account establishment; appropriation.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 3006, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 3321: Senator Jensen: Low-value health services study requirement and appropriation.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 3321, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2505: Senator Benson: Administrative fund transfers for human services department (DHS) modification.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2505, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
