S.F. 2705: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental agencies permitting, rulemaking, and fees modifications; watershed credit exchange program establishment; effluent limitation compliance; appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2705, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 3757: Senator Tomassoni: Canisteo, Arcturus and Hill Annex open pit mine groups water levels monitoring and modeling appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3757, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION CARRIED.
