Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 3524: Senator Koran: Motor vehicle service contracts requirements modifications.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 3524, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3392: Senator Chamberlain: MNsure operations funding and health carriers and plans certification authority modifications; federal waivers and approvals submission deadline requirement; human services commissioner risk-bearing limitations imposition.



Senator Chamberlain moved that S.F. 3392, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
