Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:39 AM. Quorum present.

S.F. 3837: Senator Newman: Constitutional amendment allocating state general sales tax revenue related to motor vehicle repair and replacement parts exclusively to fund roads.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3837, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3418: Senator Chamberlain: Metropolitan council transportation finance, budget, appropriations, accounting, fiscal planning, and reporting provisions establishment and modification.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 3418, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3146: Senator Anderson: Hennepin county cities transportation sales and use tax use for roads and bridges within city limits authorization.



Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 3146, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2977: Senator Goggin: Passing parked emergency vehicles provisions modification.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 2977, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3581: Senator Westrom: Deputy registrar and drivers license agent reimbursement program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3581, be laid over.
