Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30am

S.F. 3295: Senator Lang: Off-road vehicle trails statewide planning and development appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3295, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2983: Senator Eichorn: Wild rice waters findings and listing of waters; nullifying and restricting application of water quality standards; work group report requirement.



Senator Eichorn moved that S.F. 2983, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:45am
