Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. Senator Pappas was excused from today\'s hearing

S.F. 2698: Senator Pratt: Special education legislative working group establishment.



Senator Pratt moved that S.F. 2698, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2524: Senator Lang: Charitable gambling taxation task force establishment and appropriation.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2524, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2632: Senator Ruud: Rule 21 Objection - Solid waste facilities bonding proposals pollution control agency (PCA) certification of information requirement.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2632, Recommends that the report from the Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Legacy in the Journal on March 12, 2018 be adopted, being the bill do pass and be re-referred to Committee on Capital Investment. - MOTION ADOPTED.
