Present: Senator Eric R. Pratt - Chair, Senator Justin D. Eichorn - Vice Chair, Senator Paul T. Anderson, Senator Gregory D. Clausen, Senator Steve A. Cwodzinski, Senator Gary H. Dahms, Senator John A. Hoffman, Senator Susan Kent, Senator Paul J. Utke

Absent: Senator Roger C. Chamberlain

Senator Justin Eichorn called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 3433: Senator Draheim: Pupil transportation for certain pregnant and parenting teens authorization.



As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.

S.F. 3049: Senator Anderson: Intermediate school districts innovative mental health grants qualified providers clarification.



Be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.

S.F. 2465: Senator Anderson: Educational child sexual abuse prevention curriculum expansion to include child sex trafficking prevention in academic standard.



Be recommended to pass.

S.F. 3470: Senator Clausen: Professional educator licensing and standards board members compensation reduction by public employers prohibition.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3255: Senator Eaton: Jake\'s Law; school districts substance misuse prevention and instruction grant and appropriation.



As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.

S.F. 3123: Senator Nelson: School district telecommunications projects state aid increase and appropriation.



As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.

     Testimony may be limited to 2 minutes per person.
     
     **If committee runs past 4:30, we will relocate to G-23 in the Capitol.
