Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 4:08

S.F. 3172: Senator Champion: Persons with expunged criminal records subject to human services background studies disqualification prohibition.



Senator Hoffman moved that S.F. 3172, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3421: Senator Utke: American Indian child welfare advisory council expiration date extension.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 3421, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3481: Senator Abeler: American Indian advisory council expiration date extension; American Indian guardians ad litem outreach campaign recruiting requirement.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 3481, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.
