Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m.

S.F. 235: Senator Westrom: Fireworks manufacture, sale, and use regulation and sales revenue dedication for public safety purpose; volunteer fire assistance grant account establishment.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 235, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2605: Senator Housley: School district bond referendums requirements modifications.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2605, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
