Senator Bruce Anderson presented SF 2840 Electrical grid vulnerability to solar storms study requirement and appropriation
Gale Nordling, Emprimus testified

Senator Marty moved that SF 2840 be sent to the Finance Committee without recommendation
Motion failed on voice vote
Senator Mathews moved that SF 2840 be recommended to pass and sent to the Finance Committee
