Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 10:06. Quorum Present

S.F. 2556: Senator Chamberlain: Asset protection relating to retirement health savings and medical savings accounts establishment (re-referral).



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2556, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2748: Senator Pratt: Teacher license revocation, suspension, denial, and teacher discharge grounds expansion; mandatory reporting expansion (re-referral).



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2748, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
