Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

S.F. 2765: Senator Wiklund: Telemedicine services provided by community health workers authorization; medical assistance (MA) limit on telemedicine encounters exceptions.



Senator Wiklund moved that S.F. 2765, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2917: Senator Kiffmeyer: Advanced practice registered nurses practice provisions modification.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2917, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
