Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:15pm

S.F. 2705: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental agencies permitting, rulemaking, and fees modifications; watershed credit exchange program establishment; effluent limitation compliance; appropriation.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 2705, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
