Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:34am

S.F. 2573: Senator Bakk: St. Louis County Voyageur Country ATV trail appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 2573, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2637: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Pollution control agency (PCA) fees increase prohibition; fee proceeds expenditures report requirement.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2637, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
