Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:09 PM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2567: Senator Kiffmeyer: Rules impacting residential construction or remodeling legislative notice and review requirements.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2567, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2783: Senator Koran: Public contracts progress payments and release of retainage within a certain time period requirement.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2783, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to Local Government Policy Committee.

S.F. 2978: Senator Koran: State auditor rules adoption to review CPA firms audits.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2978, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
