Senator Torrey N. Westrom called the meeting to order at 3:05 a quorum was present
S.F. 2555: Senator Goggin: Farm families and farm business operators mental health counseling
appropriation.
Senator Goggin moved that S.F. 2555, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.
