Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:06 PM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2524: Senator Lang: Charitable gambling taxation task force establishment and appropriation.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2524, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee.

S.F. 2491: Senator Nelson: State and local government settlement accountability and transparency establishment.



Senator Nelson moved that S.F. 2491, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 2567: Senator Kiffmeyer: Rules impacting residential construction or remodeling legislative notice and review requirements.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2567, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
