Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 2751: Senator Osmek: Defining operating costs for the purposes of the state share of light rail operating costs.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 2751, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2752: Senator Osmek: Requiring the Metropolitan Council to identify the budget assumptions used to develop transportation and transit plans and forecasts.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 2752, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
