Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:16pm. Quorum Present.

S.F. 2468: Senator Newman: Real property improvement construction and services actions for damages regulation.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 2468, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2467: Senator Relph: Business and nonprofit corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies regulation; conversions and domestications provisions.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2467, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1517: Senator Abeler: Health maintenance organizations (HMO) quality of care complaints record and data provisions modifications.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1517, be laid on the table. - MOTION CARRIED.
