Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:39 AM. A quorom was present.

S.F. 1060: Senator Newman: Commercial motor vehicles, department of transportation (DOT) contract preference requirements and transportation plan due dates provisions modifications.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 1060, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
