Senator Dan Hall called the meeting to order at 1:03. Quorum present.

S.F. 1339: Senator Draheim: Trespass crime modification to include trespassing on a school bus.



Senator Johnson moved that S.F. 1339, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1643: Senator Dziedzic: Revenue commissioner authorized disclosures to the departments of human services (DHS), natural resources (DNR), department of transportation (DOT), and deputy registrars of motor vehicles.



Senator Latz moved that S.F. 1643, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1655: Senator Eaton: Sales suppression devices (zapper) regulation and criminal penalties imposition.



Senator Schoen moved that S.F. 1655, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1544: Senator Rest: Paid tax preparers provisions modifications.
