Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30AM

S.F. 695: Senator Newman: Water quality decisions of pollution control agency (PCA) review process modification; independent scientific review of certain proposed rulemaking requirement; unadopted rules enforcement prohibition; certain water quality rules enforcement suspension; appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 695, as amended, recommended to pass and included in the omnibus bill.
