Senator Justin Eichorn called the meeting to order at 1:06 PM. A quorum was present.
S.F. 1222: Senator Pratt: Prekindergarten through grade 12 education miscellaneous provisions
modifications.
As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance Committee.

S.F. 1222 will serve as our policy omnibus. The A-7 amendment will be the
delete-all amendment for today's hearing. The only changes from the A-1
to the A-7 are in Article 1, section 1 and Article 3, section 1.
