Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30AM

S.F. 245: Senator Lang: Fairfax operation of Fort Ridgely state park golf course agreement requirement.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 245, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1646: Senator Weber: Shell Rock River watershed district storm water water-quality credit trading pilot program agreement with the pollution control agency (PCA) and appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1646, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1395: Senator Westrom: Buffer law implementation and enforcement aid to counties and watershed districts authorization.



Senator Eichorn moved that S.F. 1395, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
