Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM. A quorom was present at 10:33 AM.

S.F. 1009: Senator Pratt: Transfer-on-death of title to motor vehicles and motor vehicle sales tax exemption for transfer.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1009, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1305: Senator Pratt: Suburb-to-suburb transit demonstration project appropriation.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 254: Senator Goggin: Passenger rail project expenditures restrictions, environmental insurance requirement, and public money expenditure prohibition.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 914: Senator Bakk: Clean air act settlement money specifically appropriated by law requirement.



Senator Little moved that S.F. 914, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1465: Senator Jensen: Metropolitan cities and towns bus replacement service application authorization.

S.F. 1713: Senator Kiffmeyer: Metro mobility enhancement task force establishment.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 1713, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1769: Senator Osmek: Light rail transit (LRT) operating costs governance.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 827: Senator Dibble: Bikeways establishment and use regulation provisions modification; Mississippi River trail and North Star bicycle route authorization.
