Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:03pm.

S.F. 289: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Scope usage on muzzleloaders to take deer authorization.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1124: Senator Ruud: Road easements exchange requirements and forest lands leasing requirements modifications; state forests deletions; Roseau county conservation land bordering public water public or private sale.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1124, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1731: Senator Ruud: Storm water use exemption from water-use permit requirements authorization.



As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1802: Senator Ruud: Closed landfill program modification.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1802, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

S.F. 1370: Senator Ruud: Minnow import requirements modification.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1693: Senator Weber: Buffers on public waters and drainage ditches requirements modifications; soil loss ordinances rulemaking clarification.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1693, as amended, be recommended to pass.
