Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:05 PM.

S.F. 595: Senator Rosen: Human services targeted case management interactive video use authorization.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 595, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 319: Senator Kiffmeyer: Complex pediatric home care nursing category establishment; home care nursing services payment rate increase.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 319, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 781: Senator Lourey: Only Article 4 Section 63 of SF 781, the MinnesotaCare buy-in option, will be heard. Public testimony will be taken. Please contact andrea.todd-harlin@senate.mn by 10am the day of the hearing to be added to the testifiers list. Testifiers will be limited to 2 minutes.



Senator Lourey moved that S.F. 781, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
