Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:30AM

S.F. 1256: Senator Mathews: Propane school bus and fueling station rebate program establishment.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1256, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1041: Senator Tomassoni: St. Louis county tax-forfeited lands sale proceeds disposition authorization.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1041, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 914: Senator Bakk: Clean air act settlement money specifically appropriated by law requirement.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 914, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
