Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:05pm

S.F. 1042: Senator Limmer: Soudan Underground Mine state park boathouse lease terms modifications.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1042, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

S.F. 1147: Senator Ruud: Blaze orange hunting requirement modification to include blaze pink authorization.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1147, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 1087: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Environmental reforms; environmental quality board elimination.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1087, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
