Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:00

S.F. 790: Senator Lourey: Timber sale provisions for tax-forfeited lands modification.



Senator Eichorn moved that S.F. 790, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

S.F. 688: Senator Ruud: Local recreation grants appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 688, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.

S.F. 914: Senator Bakk: Clean air act settlement money specifically appropriated by law requirement.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 914, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee.
