Senator John Jasinski called the meeting to order at 10:34 AM. A quorom was present. Senator Melisa Franzen was excused.

S.F. 166: Senator Pratt: REAL ID Act authorization and implementation governance; drivers licenses and ID cards requirements and fees modifications; legislative reporting and appropriation.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 166, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
