Senator Rod Skoe called the meeting to order at 9:35 AM

S.F. 9: Senator Skoe: Agricultural homestead determinations modifications.



Senator Reinert moved that S.F. 9, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 257: Senator Skoe: Agricultural containment facilities property tax exemption repeal.



Senator Skoe moved that S.F. 257, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
