Senator Patricia Torres Ray called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m. Reporting on Preliminary Key Findings from Ethnic Council Stakeholder Meetings o Kevin Lindsey, Commissioner, Department on Human Rights SF 110 – Rest Hennepin county board certificate of approved law secretary of state filing Senator Pappas moves the A-1 amendment. MOTION PREVAILED. Senator Pappas moved S.F. 110 (Rest) Extension for Hennepin County to File a Certificate, as amended be recommended to pass and be sent to the floor. MOTION PREVAILED. Overview of Legislative Auditor Report on Councils on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans, Black Minnesotans, Chicano/Latino People, and Indian Affairs o Jim Nobles, Legislative Auditor o Jo Vos, Project Manager, Office of the Legislative Auditor

Senator Pappas moved that S.F. 110, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
