Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM.
S.F. 48: Senator Bakk: Proctor additional sales tax imposition authority; local approval and
validation of certain city actions authorization.
S.F. 16: Senator Wiger: Minnesota taxable estate single exclusion amount and single rate
establishment; recapture tax elimination.
S.F. 41: Senator Clausen: School tickets and admissions sales tax exemption permanency.
S.F. 40: Senator Gazelka: Income tax subtraction for military retirement pay.
