Senator Bobby Joe Champion called the meeting to order at 8:48 am. The chair declared that a quorum was present.
S.F. 3589: Senator Dibble: REAL ID Act requirements authorization, implementation and appropriation; resident lifetime game and fish license information driver\'s license or state ID care placement authorization.
S.F. 2568: Senator Latz: Orders for protection respondent filing fee requirements elimination.
S.F. 3481: Senator Latz: Controlled substance crimes thresholds modifications; marijuana plants and controlled substance trace amounts possession new offenses creation; lower level controlled substance crimes mandatory minimum sentences elimination; appropriation.
