Senator Ron Latz called the meeting to order at 1:40 pm. Senator Goodwin has been excused from this committee hearing.

S.F. 3589: Senator Dibble: [pending re-referral] REAL ID Act requirements authorization, implementation and appropriation.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 3589, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
