Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 8:46 AM.
NOTE: Senator Ortman was excused.
Senator Eaton moved that the minutes from the Division meeting on April 13, 2016 be approved. MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 3480: Senator Tomassoni: Siding production facility materials sales tax exemption.
S.F. 3365: Senator Dahle: Elko New Market municipally owned water treatment facility sales tax
exemption authorization.
S.F. 3478: Senator Hawj: Citizenship income tax credit allowance and appropriation.
S.F. 3526: Senator Nelson: Income and corporate franchise tax research credit modification.
S.F. 3450: Senator Dziedzic: Nameless job application review process implementation income and
corporate franchise tax credit imposition.
S.F. 2573: Senator Dziedzic: Qualified small business certification requirements modification.
